A comprehensive overview: Rodiek’s trainees spend time in every department. Our new recruits also have access to a training workshop in which our instructor helps and supervises each of our apprentice carpenters individually.
FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS
Rather than the classic shift model with early and late shifts, we prefer to apply the flexitime model. This gives our staff a bit of extra flexibility – for a healthy work-life balance.
